"These are the nicest people I’ve met in a long time. Been dealing with this agency for about 2yrs now. Their kindness, knowledge and just pure joy in talking to anyone in this agency has always been a pleasure. If the person answering the phone isn’t able to help, they’ll immediately find the right person to help you. "I am disappointed in State Farm, although I know they have been good for the most part. My parents have had State Farm for over 50 years (maybe 60) and had no complaints. My mother told me Sunday that State Farm agent stopped by their home and asked to take pictures. They received a letter in the mail afterwards that threatened to cancel their insurance if they did not fix a building in the backyard. The building is 100 yards from the house. That seems kind of extreme, considering my parents have always kept their place in A1 condition. I did see one roof panel blown off, but not a reason to threaten them with cancelling their entire home owner policy. My parents are nearing 80 years old and certainly do not need this addition worry, let alone the threats. Please don't cancel their insurance, I will help them fix the building. I helped build that building which was built using telephone poles and will most like be standing for another 100 years."
